Am I Getting Dumped? measures communication patterns in conversations you provide. It can describe changes in rhythm, language, response timing, and other text features. It gives you questions to consider or discuss.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. The service is not offered to EU or UK residents. By using it, you confirm that these statements are true.

3. Your content and lawful access

You keep any rights you have in content you upload. You give [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] permission to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service.

You promise that you are a participant in every uploaded conversation or have permission from the people involved. You also promise that you obtained the content lawfully and that processing it through this service does not violate another person’s rights.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to surveil a partner or another person. Do not upload conversations you are not part of unless you have permission. Do not use reports to harass, threaten, shame, manipulate, or coerce anyone. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.

5. One-time report unlocks

A full-report unlock is a one-time purchase for the specific analysis shown at checkout. It is not a subscription. The price and currency appear before you pay. Stripe processes payment. Access may be saved to your account when Supabase authentication is configured, or to the purchasing browser when it is not.

If a technical problem prevents access to a paid report, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days. We will try to restore access. If we cannot, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will refund that purchase. Other completed unlocks are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund.

6. Your judgment matters

Text misses tone, context, body language, culture, events outside the export, and what either person actually thinks or feels. Communication research describes associations, not certainty. Do not make medical, safety, financial, or major relationship decisions based only on this service.

If you may be in danger or experiencing abuse, use a trusted local support resource or emergency service. This app is not an emergency service.

7. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep the service useful and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that every import will parse correctly or that every pattern will be meaningful for your circumstances.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so this section applies only as far as the law permits.

9. Accounts and termination

You are responsible for activity under your sign-in link and for keeping access to your email secure. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data from Account & privacy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for other people, or misuse the service. Sections that must logically survive termination, including payment, warranty, and liability terms, will survive.

10. Changes

We may change the service or these terms. We will update [EFFECTIVE DATE] when terms change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law
